Low Carb Breakfast Bites

Good morning friends!!

If you cant tell, I have been on a cooking kick lately and loved sharing all my recipes with you guys! This morning I made my sister and I these delicious little bites with things you already have in your fridge!

The recipe:

-4 Large Eggs

-A cup of Spinach

-Sprinkle of Cheese

-1 tbsp of milk

-Diced Tomatoes

-2 strips of Bacon ( Chopped)

Instructions:

- Preheat the oven to 350

- In a bowl I mixed the eggs with the milk - In a cupcake pan, spray and then I laid down about 3 pieces of spinach covering the entire bottom of it.

-Once the Egg and milk are completly mixed, divided evenly into the pan.

-Add the tomatoes and cheese to each , then top with bacon strips.

- Cook for 20 minutes

-Ready to serve with your favorite salsa!!
