I have been making these for the longest time! Back in high school I would make these and take them to cheer / tennis practice. Then all through college rushing from school to work to internships. These little snacks rock!!
2 cups of rolled oats
4 tablespoons of Sun Butter. (That is all I can use, feel free to use Peanut Butter or Almond butter, I am sure that is delic!)
2 tablespoons of Honey
1/4cup chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons of protein powder
4 Tablespoons of Pumpkin
1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice
I put all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir together until they are all mixed. Then roll into individual balls and chill in the fridge!
