Being healthy and coffee are my two absolute favorite things... now add healthy into word coffee and we have a whole new mix!!
If you know me even a wink you know that most days I have a coffee in hand or on sight... I never leave my coffee.
I will say though that I have noticed since I started drinking coffee that I am not given this huge rush energy, it more or less just keeps me awake! But I can still take a cup at 6 and be out by 10. Bahaha
It really just takes being aware, instead of whole milk ask for, nonfat, or just say "skinny" coconut, soy.. the list of milks that are better go on!

1. Skinny Vanilla Late--
In a grande- 120 calories
in a venti- 250
These also have some protein in them!
2. Match Green Tea with 2% or soy milk
Calories count is 250 with 12 grams of protein
3. Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte
4. Pineapple Black Tea Infusion
5. Vanilla Latte with coconut milk
Avoid Frappuccinos, these suckers easily have over 400 calories in just the grande, not to mention most are over 16 grams of fat and 65 grams of carbs... in a drink!!! A small one meant to last about 30 minutes.
